    similar to our regular cake brownie, only without the fondant icing, and sold as an individual cake (1 pound each)

Cheese Cake

    A creamy cheese cake, available Plain or Marbleized (1 pound each) or Fruit filled (pineapple cherry blueberry or a combination) (1 1/4 pounds each)

  • Pound Cake

  • Marble or Plain (1 pound each)

  • Sponge Cake

  • Marble or Plain Sponge Cake (3/4 pounds each)

  • Nut Cake

      A delicious blend of assorted nuts mixed into a special batter and topped with raspberry jam and nut cake crumbs. (1 1/4 pounds each)

  • Honey Cake
      An old time favorite, made with a blend of honeys. (3/4 pounds each)

  • Mondel Bread
      Available either plain or marbleized.

  • Ruggelach
      An old fashioned blend of cream cheese, butter and flour enfolded with sugar-free raspberry jam and bleached raisins, and hand rolled, the way Grandma used to do it.
